Strengthened the performance of Dual’s ecommerce environment through funnel analysis, UX refinement, and site architecture improvements.
Developed governance standards, analytics dashboards, and performance reporting that improved visibility, reduced friction, and clarified the customer journey.


DAILIES — Digital Systems & Multimedia Workflow Enablement

Supported the buildout of DAILIES’ creative-tech product division by designing workflows, naming conventions, and insight-reporting structures.
